Mickaël is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the industrial sector, supporting the development of SMEs and mid-caps in complex international environments, including Southeast Asia.

 

He brings a deep understanding of how companies are run and governed—decision processes, organisational structures, and execution discipline—built through direct exposure to operational realities, particularly in market entry, business development, organisational set-up, and transformation contexts.

 

He supports leadership teams when the stakes are high, helping secure strategic decisions, manage risk, and ensure execution is carried out with clarity, pragmatism, and tangible results.
