  • Responding to enquiries and managing business communications.

  • Scheduling and managing meetings (via Calendly when you click the booking link).

  • Measuring audience and improving website performance (Google Analytics), subject to consent.
     

4. Legal Bases

  • Pre-contractual steps / Contract: to handle requests and deliver services.

  • Legitimate interests: to manage communications and ensure website security.

  • Consent: for analytics cookies and any non-essential tracking.
     

5. Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the website and provide services, including Wix (website platform/hosting) and Google Analytics (audience measurement, subject to consent). When you book a meeting, Calendly processes the booking data on its own platform.
 

6. International Transfers
Some providers operate globally; therefore, personal data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in line with applicable regulations.
 

7. Retention

  • Enquiry data: 12 months from the last interaction.

  • Client records: for the duration of the engagement and then archived as required for legal/accounting purposes (10 years).

  • Analytics data: according to your consent and configuration.
